7-Zip File Manager, by Igor Pavalov, is an excellent file manager that just as good as Windows Explorer--you'd just have to get used to it. It can also be used to manage archives, like zip and cab files, and throws another file type into the melee--the 7-Zip, or *.7z, archive. It is pretty effective, although may have a few downsides. The Inno Setup Compiler is one tough compiler app. It comes equipped with both a wizard and a flat-out scripting mode to create your applications. It was used by both Spybot Search & Destroy and OpenOffice.org to create their application installers. Overall very good, yet can be complicated. RATING: 4.5 STARS
